So, the big name actor is not going to be available to do our film. It’s not the biggest surprise in the world, let’s be honest. It was a long shot for him to even be available. Like I said in a previous post, it was a buzz and an honour just to know the screenplay had been sent in his direction. Never mind! There are so many amazing actors out there, this is an opportunity to find the one that fits us perfectly.

Andy sent me through a camera kit list for Blandy to have a look at. There’s a good deal on offer for the kit, which could have a big impact on our budget – if it works for us. Chris will run through it and make his recommendations. There’s so much to consider on a regular shoot, let alone the inherent restrictions of our set, and the fact that it will be awash with water for the vast majority of the shoot.
